Mtn is a disgrace for not sorting and helping it's customer

Since 14July 2023 we have been trying to cancel an upgrade that Mtn sales agent did *****ulently. With many visits to Mtn office in Coastline, and many calls to Mondo (Mtn sales agent) with no success. I am starting to believe that Mtn and it's sales agent are operating from a bush or some ones back yard. I wish a regional manager from Mtn can contact me regarding this as no one is allowed to give the customer their details. If Mondo is committing ***** then Mtn is party to *****.
