MTN IS A DISGRACE

Mtn is very disgusting they don't care with customers

I upgraded my contract with mtn Jodash Naidoo assisted me when they delivered the router it was not connecting, contacted 135 spoke to different consultants telling me different stories only to find out the deal they gave me it doesn't have coverage in my area day stupid jodash only put durban instead of my full address

I took the router back to the store promised they will send it back n process the cancellation few days down the line no cancellation was made I've been to mtn store 3 times i've been contacting MTN no one knows anything I'll speak to different consultants very useless consultants

Ive emailed coverage department as i was advised to request the coverage letter in order for mtn store to process the cancellation it all my job now to do all this as if it was my fault, coverage department also useless. Ive also emailed customer care service to complain no response
