MTN IS A DISGRACE

I wouldn't even want to rate MTN they are so bad. Reading through the complaints I see that MTN is making a habit of deducting more than their share from banking accounts. I have had the worst experience ever dealing with them. They deducted 3 months worth of money off my account in one month. I got an sms saying that they will be paying the money back into my account but that never happened. One of their employees actually told me that the only advice he could give me is to ask my bank to reverse the debit order. Which I had to do since I am a normal salary person who doesn't have money lying around everywhere. 3 months later i have been handed over to Shapiro attorneys without even a phone call from MTN. Is it fair that we have to pay for mistakes that a big company like MTN is making? I am so disgusted. I will never advice anyone to deal with MTN. They are just big industry bullies, bullying normal hardworking people like us. Shame on them.
