MTN is a disgrace

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted with how useless and insensitive an organization can be. Truly NO WORDS can describe how disgusting and inefficient these people are. Last year March, my contract holder, my grandfather, passed away. Soon after that, my phone was ******. However, I was insured with a contract with MTN, they firstly would not assist me as I was not the contract holder, we then went through the hassles of giving them all the necessary documents to prove the contract holder had passed away and that we wished to switch the contract holder to someone else to assist. Secondly, they stated there was ***** in the account and someone from KZN had claimed an upgrade within that contract, so until they sorted the ***** out they would have to freeze my account. IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 7 MONTHS they have still frozen my number, I had to resort to using a horrible spare phone and use a pay as you go sim card. Even though my entire life had been tied to that number. eg banking, Whatsapp etc.. the person we still get an email from named Paul Khoko still has the nerve to state they are Still fighting the "***** battle" 7 months later. This is actually disgraceable. I can not even switch to a different network provider to get my phone number back so whatsapp and Banking details may work. MTN is the worst and most unhelpful network provider !!!!!!!!!!!! I highly suggest they call me on ********** 076 to sort this out once an for all immdeiately !!!!!!!!!!
