MTN IS A DISAPPOINTMENT

I had a contract with mtn for a huawei phone that came with data and minutes. When it ended, i wanted to cancel it completely cos MTN was still sending me minutes,data and smses. The lady told me she had a better offer for me and that i shouldnt cancel. The amount i had to pay was R179. The end of that month MTN deducted R400 from my account. Thats where the nightmare started. I reversed the money and called MTN. I was given a ref number and told MTN Champ will call me within 7 working days. No one called till today. The next thing i receive an sms saying i should pay R800 or be handed over. MTN has really disappointed me. I have called numerous times and spoken to numerous people with no help.
