MTN is a ****

The worst bad customer service , 3 weeks ago I did write a review here, and MTN still didn't respond. So It's now time to go live on all social media platforms. My brother In law signed up for the MTN LTE wifi router, and immediately paid about R330 and the delivery was quickly done within 3days. Up until today the router doesn't connect to WiFi not even once did it connect. My brother in law did phone MTN and event went to their shop outlet for assistance and he's always sent from pillar to post. I'm now a bad person because I highly recommended MTN only this bad experience to happen. In 3 days time on the 15th MTN will debit the funds on my brother in law's account again for a WiFi package that has never connected. If a case has to be opened for MTN, so be it. We are very tired with this bad customer service.
