Mtn is a ****

I had a router with the last year it wasn't working so returned it to MTN kuruman n cancelled the contract was given a run around regarding an IRMS so they can keep charging me whilst they had their equipment. Eventually I got that IRMS submitted it and paid the amount they had charged for no reason fast forward to 2025 I get emails that I owe them again cos they didn't close the account when I was assured they did after I sent them the IRMS now I must redo the IRMS process with MTN kuruman inorder for them to reclose the account.
