MTN is a **** contract provider

What a **** show MTN is... They billing me for not upgrading a contract that I upgraded months back and failed to inform me that the upgrade was unsuccessful. Now I want to cancel my contract and I am not getting any help at all. Their phones keep cutting and I am just not getting any resolution for two weeks now.
