MTN IS A CONTRACT ****!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!! MTN is a ****! What a poor customer service I've experienced in my entire life. I took a phone contract of R589 monthly for me to be charged R3 471,25 in one month, which now is over R4 000. I reached out to the the store/customer care seeking clarification and reasonable solution and they claimed it's the data usage that I was never advised about and only to be met with threats of BLACKLISTING. MTN really doesn't care about their customers all they do is to demand money from Customers. This is so sickness. I trusted MTN but not after all this frustration and terrible situation I've been through. I will never ever recommend MTN to anyone anymore . If I knew this I would have never taken the phone but MTN trapped me! You make False adverti*****t and your sales people do not explain contracts promptly to customers because if it was explained fully I would have saved myself from such frustration. How am I expected to pay over R4000 that you clearly know I cannot afford? Because if I would have opted for a phone over R3000 monthly, MTN would have said I do not qualify/afford it. Now how did I afford/quality for 10GB costing over R2000?! You guys are HORRIBLE!
