MTN is a complete nonesense and will never take a contract with them anymore

I 've opened a contract with MTN since 2013. In January 2021 the contract ended, I called MTN to cancel the contract and agreed to cancel. However i did not get the reference for cancelation. The following two months they kept on the debit and reversed and removed them from my account. MTN took me to credit bureau and painted me red. I then payed the outstanding amount of R3116.21 which was handed over to legal department. The payment was made of the 22 November 2022. Since then I ve called MTN and spoke to lots of consultants. I ve sent emails to one of their consultant called Sandisiwe Cofa. I went to the MTN branch and nothing was done. As i speak my credit score is 0 cos MTN has the power to paint you red. When i can MTN with account No. (BA***) they keep saying the account is still with legals but it does not owe anything. They just dont want to cancel the account. I cant buy a car, a house nor even rent a house because my credit record has been painted red by MTN. I ve been calling MTN since November 2022.
