MTN is a ****!!!

I am very dissatisfied at your service… last month I cancelled my month to month contract with you. I was told by your service champions that you would still bill me on the 4th July but the money would be refunded. Indeed last week, the service agent from sandton city calls me to let me know the money has been refunded but it is in my MTN account and needed to call the billing department for it to be transferred to my personal account…

Two weeks now, I am getting run arounds , each consultant keeps asking me to send my proof of account and bank statement but I am not getting anything back.

My query is that, how easy is it for you to take money out directly from my account yet so hard to bring it back? What gave you the right to refund it into an MYN account when you know accessing it is so hard?? I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
