MTN IS A ****!!!

I purchase a MTN WIFI DEAL package on the 30 September 2024 Online and it was delivered on the 02 October 2024 and the Router is not working no indication of Power what so ever I have sent numerous emails and made calls they referred me to my nearest MTN STORE and there too was unable to get help as they say they are a Franchise and was told that I need to go to MTN 14TH AVENUE,how will I get there with what Petrol as the Device not working isn't any of my fault I paid for something that I am unable to use even worse the SIM isn't Ricca ed I had to activate it myself by Mtn and none was mentioned when you purchase online,I need my full refund from MTN as ever since I paid on the 30 September I haven't used any Data from MTN but I paid for the month of October...I need a REFUND AS IM STILL WITHIN MY 7 DAYS of purchased Goods
