MTN IS A ****.

MTN is a ****!!! I’m being ****** of my airtime each time I recharge I don’t get the full amount and I was only made aware when my airtime wouldn’t last a day so I decided to check first whether I have any subscriptions, advanced, renewable or recurring bundles which I don’t. I receive messages of auto renewable bundles but when I check my balance, those bundles don’t appear. They don’t respond to emails and when I call customer service I don’t get any help and this is not my first experience. I got hacked a few months ago because the hackers were able to call MTN and do a swim swap and take over my number and it’s surprising how they were able to pass through the security questions unless this is an inside job. Again when I had to terminate my contract to switch to prepaid, they gave me a run around to delay the process.
