I ordered a home router online, on the 11th of December 2023 and made payment on the same day. I was expecting delivery on the 14/12/23, when I called DSV they told me the driver was hijacked. On the 19/12/23 I called DSV to check status of my parcel and made a scheduled delivery for 22/12/23. When the day arrived for scheduled delivery, I am told that MTN canceled my contract. Been call MTN for my refund as the service was not delivered, I am being sent from Pillar to post.

NTN online service is a acam.....
