MTN IS A BUNCH OF *******

I truly regret switching networks to MTN. They are a bunch of uncompromising *******. I bought 300MB of weekly data today and it vanished in a matter of hours WITHOUT me using my phone. I tried calling the call center which 1st made me hold for close to an hour and offered no solution to the problem. Instead I was firstly patronized and then passed from one call center to another and made to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes. I couldn't bare the disgraceful service and through my disgust I just hung up. MTN, I PAID FOR MY DATA AND I WANT IT BACK!! You people cannot go ahead thieving to make profits. There is no morality in your operations. As soon as my contract is over I am dropping you and will openly encourage everybody else to do the same. I still maintain YOU ARE A BUNCH OF *******, operating ad and how you please.
