Mtn is a bunch of sharks.

I've been with them since 2006 and my mom has been with them even longer. But for the past few years they have become really bad. They will turn your phone off with out notice.

When you call them, they will claim that you didn't pay them almost a year ago. When you show them proof that you did pay they will change their story and claim that it was a different month.

After their story doesn't work they will resort to been rude on the phone causing you in turn to be rude back to them and eventually causing you to put the phone down on them.

And then to make matters worse you end having to pay that supposed missed payment just to get your phone back on.

This has happened to me on 3 or 4 occasions and now in 2 occasions with my mom.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from mtn. I will be canceling my contract and my mom's when they are up.

Let's also not forget that their data usage is really a ****. Cell C is way better when it comes to data the mtn.
