MTN is a bunch of ********s!!

Once you have entered a contract with them, you are tied with them for life as they make it impossible to cancel the contract afterwards!!

After numerous attempts and written notifications to cancel a minor internet router contract, I am still being debited for the instalment monthly.

I have not used this internet services for at least the last 8 years now, but they refuse to cancel my contract.

You cannot phone them or speak to any person from accounts, to assist, and the only option they provide is for you to send them a written cancelation email, which I have now done so many times but with no success!!

So, it seems to me that I am stuck with paying them for the rest of my life without receiving any form of benefit or service from MTN, which at the date of this review amounts to R26 880.00.

Please think twice before you ever enter into an agreement with them, as you will be stuck with paying them for the rest of your life!!
