MTN is a bunch of ******!!!!!!!

MTN by far is the worst network to take contracts with. My contract was on its end term and could not cancel it due to an outstanding amount. I then paid the outstanding amount. Then I get billed for June but the contract ends in May. From a normal contracted fee of R260 the premium increased to R750 without MTN taking a second to explain to me why the amount is that high. No communication nothing from their side. Their consultants are not well informed and does not have the answers for you. I don’t see how it is okay to just over charge people. I paid approximately R400 more than what I was suppose and they don’t issue you data for June. I expect my money back !!!!!!!
