MTN is a ****

MTN is the worst service provider. I have a contract, billing is ridiculous. I asked them to change the billing settings so when my data is depleted i don't get an automatic top up. That didn't happen, clearly. i did this on my app but yet the changes probably didn't get activated. Now i'm settling and closing the contract. Got the settlement amount, paid same day but this morning I'm told i need to pay an extra R2k if i want to close the account. I don't understand how the previous consultants do not pick this up.
