MTN is a ****

I am not happy at all with MtN. i had contract with them, for a route which I was paying 230 and when it was about to end I recieved a call from their call center in april offering me an upgrade because I was told my contract was ending in May 2022. So I told then I would like to close account as soon as the contract end in May, which they did not close and now I need to pay the 1200, for June and July because they decided to keep it open and accumulating credit yet I was not given data for those month. The lady that was helping me today at pongola branch told me it was delebarate kept open. And I need pay, this has affect my credit score I hate MTN for not being kind and insensitive. Why accumulate credit on closed account. If contract ended in May why do I have outstanding for j7ne and July which we did not agree upon. The contract was 24months and my 24th month was May, why add 2month without agreement. Why dent my name for contract i did not sign for
