Mtn is a badisaster company with ur pro-rata services

Mtn is a bad company when coming to cellphone contract phone deals,I app**** online for cellphone, then they approved me.they approver me on 19 February 2021,then on 26 February 2021 they delivered my phone with unregistered simcard, then I activated my simcard on 1st of March, then I got R100 airtime. Then on the 12 of march they suspended my services and I write an email to them they said pro-rata is the one that suspended my service,I only used the phone 11 days only but they said I must pay R542 while I'm supposed to pay R191 .44 .worst part is that I'm going to pay for the service that I'm not agreed with them and they didn't explain that pro-rata is gonna suspend my service and I only use phone for only 11 days but they suspend it in the middle of the month.mtn is bad when coming to cellphones deals.I got 2 contract with cell c and I've got 7 years with cEll c but I didn't get what I get with mtn.why did they suspend the services while I'm new and they need me to pay full amount for the services that I'm not aggreed with them.you are the ***** company
