MTN is a bad Service Provider

In so many years i have been with MTN as a customer i must say it is time i change a service provider, i haven't dealt with so much stupidity from one consultant to another.1. My payment method was changed without me knowing that the payment method is changed now i have this balance to pay because of that stupid mistake 2.i fix that and pay something for my line to be unsuspended and now consultant put the wrong date as my debit order date 15 instead of 25.My contracts is ending in January and i think that will be the end of my journey with MTN never ever have i been so ****ed in my life. No one seems to fix this problem for me i have been calling today and been promised they are fixing the problem but its not being fix i am beyond disgusted.
