Mtn is a bad company never take a contract with them

Mtn is a complete ******* once your contract expires. They will continue to debit money on your account irrespective whether you have an a account or not. I had an account with them that expired in December 2021. I duly called them to inform them that I no longer want anything from mtn including pay as you go conversion. I was given a reference number ***. Come end of December they deducted my account for R264. 04. I kept quite with the hope that they will stop then I started communicating with them. I was sent from pillar to post. Come end of January 2022 they deducted another R264. 04 with no contract again. I called again and wrote emails. No help again. Come end of Feb 2022 again R264. 04 was deducted. Mtn is the most unprofessional and poorly managed company. The mail I got from customer care said I must wait 30 days and also call 083135 and press option 4. I told them I blocked all mtn numbers so their call Centre options do not make provision to use ID numbers to get help. They ignored that. I challenge anyone out there to prove that Mtn call Centre is a waste of time as there is no option to get help if you don't have a number that you want help on. I will never ever ever take mtn Contract in future. I have changed to vodacom as they are better. I sent my complaints to the following people and still no help. ***. ***. ***. ***. ***. ***. ***. None responded to assist.
