MTN is a ****

I ordered an iPhone online and I received a router instead. I returned the router the next day, I also had issues with that as the MTN store at Mall of Africa also didn't want to take it. Fast forward, MTN had their router back but debit order will still go off on the 25th. When I contact MTN their agents suggests that I reverse the debit. Wow.
