MTN is a ****

I regret ever taking out a contract with MTN , they have no customer service. I’ve been transferred from one person to another. Been put on hold for over a good 30 mins, what kind of a nonsensical service is this?

All I want is to cancel a contract, that expired in September then I called and this lady was telling that it got moved to a month to month contract without any communication from MTN.

Today I called this lady is giving me a whole rotten attitude when I told her I want to settle the amount that apparently I am owing which I wasn’t aware of. I’m asking for the details and icasa complains form, still waiting for it.

MTN is a **** shame!
