MTN IS A ****

I have a contract with MTN unlimited WiFi and sim card which was not the agreement with the consultant. I was not aware that I was given 2 contracts by that guy. He said he is giving me a package of unlimited WiFi and sim card with the total of R418.00. In October in December, within 5 days after I received the device I called MTN to come and collect the device before it does not have coverage. They called me the following day they said they will send the carrier. They didn't come the device is here it is not working and the deducted R856 in December, R776 in January and R592 in February and the next bill is R606. I called their department of coverage, Coverage gave me a cancellation letter, and the I called department of cancellation, cancellation department said I must pay the amount of R2973 before I cancel my contract. But I've never used the device I was talking to Portia Majola, and Baatile Phetla is the consultant that gave me 2 contracts that I was not aware of. I call MTN everyday to cancel this contract, they don't allow to cancel my contract but they swallow my money every 20th. Mtn is a **** with the consultant.
