MTN IS A ***** AND NOT A SERVICE PROVIDER

MTN, worst choice to ever. I went online and found an advert or promo which had a Huawei Nova Y73 advertised with a watch. Did the application and they called within seconds of doing the application. The phone arrived via courier within 3 days. No watch...called MTN and got several versions on how to get the watch. 1. Sir, you must claim the watch from HUAWEI 2. Sir you must go into the store and claim the watch 3. Sir that promo doesn't fall under our department 4. Sir that phone doesn't come with a watch 5. Sir you need to phone the 3rd party sales company that sold you the contract. 6. Sir you have to wait 14days for the Watch to be delivered.

MTN does not honor their promises , they have staff that don't know what they are doing, they are a ***** of a company that traps people to buy into contracts that you cannot get out of without harming your pocket or your credit score
