MTN is a **** and is unhelpful

MTN SA has given me ******** contract by lying to me. I have spoken to them almost two years ago and the legal team have confirmed to me via an email (available in request) and a phone call that they acknowledge they have **** to me and the contract will be cancelled.

Since then, I have been receiving calls from NuDebt collection company about outstanding MTN account. MTN they have turned their back on me saying I must pay the outstanding amount.

I have been asking them for a record when the contract was given to me, even today it was never sent to me.

In nutshell, they sold me a lie, I realized later that all they told me is a lie, the 80GB that they confirmed will all be available for me to use anytime anyhow, it was broken into pieces such as " 40GB nightshift - after midnight (who still wakeups at midnight for data???), 10GB for social such as Facebook.

After all that, I requested the cancellation because they sold me a lie.

I am frustrated about NuDebt calls and it will eventually affect my Credit Score. I made a decision to pay them to clear my name at Credit Bureau. I hope they will refund my money and that I paid before.
