MTN is a **** and a *****!!

I opened a contract phone with mtn, no one told me i need to cancel my contract with them, i thought if my contract gets to the end am done paying. I went to Bethlehem to open a new contract with them because i had finished paying the previous contract. After a month my monthly debt order did not go through, so i went to mtn in ladybrand to pay, only to find out mtn is charging me for a phone i finished paying. And they blocked my number. A good lady from mtn in Bethlehem tried to help me but failed, i called the mtn consultants all day. They told me i did not cancel the contract but when you go and open a contract no one tells you to cancel a contract. My first contract i opened in ladybrand MTN. Am really hurt and disappointed. This review was typed using someone's phone because unfortunately i cannot use mine due to my contacts being blocked.
