MTN is a **** and *****.

I had a SIM card contract with MTN. I called them and told them to cancel my contract with them because I no longer needed the SIM card. I called them and wrote emails requesting cancellation. They said I owe them a balance before they cancel. I paid that balance hoping they would then cancel. They still did not cancel because now I received another email saying I owe and I knew it’s a **** cause why must I pay for a SIM card I no longer use. Now they have sent me to veri cred collections. Very poor service when you want to cancel contract with them: MTN SUCKS. I won’t be paying any balance
