Mtn is a ****.......

I bought the unlimited package for R249,00 monthly and paid R473,00 in advance.

Package was delivered on the 14th July and no network was detected by a router, I called call centre and promise was made that within 24hrs I'll be connected,

On Monday I called again and the agent said that my query was escalated and wait for tomorrow again. Tuesday was another tomorrow and I was promised that by end of tomorrow I'll connected again. Another tomorrow passed by and today I call they asked for my proof of payment as payment is not reflecting on their system, I called again after 30 min now they say that my sim card is not ricard, I just wanna close this contract cause now I can't rely on MTN with their bad service.
