MTN IS A ****!

I recently purchased the home internet in Nov 20th. Got the WiFi on the 26th. When talking to the sales agent that was helping me, she told me I had to pay R745 and when I asked if I’m sorted for December and she said yes. Only to find out that I was supposed to pay on the 4th of December. Now the WiFi is switched off even though I paid for December. My R545 has gone to waste, I hope the money that you’re are conning poor, unsuspecting South Africans who are just trying to make an honest living is going to make you and your employees rich. I work hard for this money for it to just be taken by big corporations that take advantage of people.
