Mtn is a ****

I have a complaint with mtn 22 October I received a call from them saying I have won R3000 on their win win summer and they took all my details and said I will get the money in 7 to 10 working days I waited and waited until 10 days passed no contact from them , no one is willing to help when I give a call or go to the branch ... I sent several emails but still I don't get any help

Mtn mustn't play with their customers like that ... its bad enough that their network is bad and we pay for wifi that ends up not working but to play like that in their competitions it's badddd

Why take my details when you know you won't pay norr get back to me with an update
