MTN is a ****

Mtn is a complete **** !😡😡 I seriously regret ever using their WiFi service .I started with them in march ,and from day one,they incorrectly billed me , I tried to cancel immediately but it did not work out they eventually fixed the invoice ,so I let it slide .Fast forward 2 months later and their network started failing could barely connect! I stuck with it hoping it would improve ,but by June 29th the WiFi completely died .No connection at all!! So on July 20th ,I made a decision to cancel and returned their WiFi equipment,making sure to do everything before the next debit order run .The store confirmed the return and I sent all the necessary documentation,yet here I am on the 5 of September,with MTN still debiting my Account ! Two months later and I’m still fighting this mess the level of incompetence and disregard for customer is shocking
