MTN is a ****

MTN is the worst service provider, I mean from their customers service consultant's hanging up on clients and them not replying my emails.

I was offered a router online, and one of their T and C's was I can return the router within 10 days if I was not happy with anything concerning it.

So the router is not working and they charging me for it , meaning they charging me for the services that they not even providing to me .

When I try calling they kept on hanging up me from the 10th of October to date, I tried visiting their stores and I was told they can't cancel nor help me by at least making the router work. Since this is emotionally draining me , I want to cancel their service's since they can't even provide quality services.
