*🔥 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MTN HOME INTERNET 🔥*

I signed up for MTN's home internet, but the router ONLY WORKED FOR 1 DAY 😱. Went to an MTN store after 8 days to return it and cancel the contract. But NO WAY JOSE! They said I'd have to PAY R5000+ because I signed up over the phone 🤯. Refused to pay that RIDICULOUS amount 🚫. The lady said she'd send the router back to MTN and I'd HAVE TO CALL THEM myself to cancel 🤷♂️.

Got the router Aug 6th, returned it Aug 15th. Contract was R295 for uncapped 10mb/s but NOW THEY'RE DEBITING ME R399 💸. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT WITH MTN 💔.
