I've been having an issue with MTN, I had a contract with them which expired however they cant cancel because of an overdue which im willing to settle by making a payment arrangement but the amount keeps going up monthly because they are loading services on the number I had asked them to cancel and now im liable for the amount of the services I never received, MTN is a ****

06 Jun 2024, 12:39I called their customer seervice which this lady transfered my call while I was not done then the order lady that answered Nokwanda Malinga or something I asked to speak with the manager then she hung up my call, Is this the service we're supposed to get from our providers, very unprofessional consultants that dont want to work
