MTN IS A *****

I sent a complaint via email on the 13th of June 2023 regarding a lack of communication, and ***** commuted by MTN. And to date Noone from mtn as responded.

Mtn is so PATHETIC that they send out automated emails with references and STATES they will get back to you in 24hours. What a load of bull****.

Mtn may have deals that attracts you but beware of the ***** and horrific services they provide. The loop holes they create for themselves should anything happen.

They may have a large customer base, but their services are poor. They don't train their staff correctly and they don't give a **** about customer satisfaction as long as they have money flowing into their bank accounts

TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CONSULTANT TO CALL BACK AND REFUND THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM ME Regardless of how many times you phone even. Even the call center agents are useless
