MTN IS A ****

I bought a ZTE ROUTER of R499 35mbps i paid R898 The router came late 13 days after payment but when you buy they say 3-5 days delivery

The router came on the 20th june it didn't work as it connected without internet i called the coverage team they said a wrong address was written that's why router was not working fine i had to call mondo again for further assistance they said i should return the mtn router to the store for changing of address and I'll get a correct router same time... the agent that help me Thato Nkoane said i should wait for feedback of cancellation andi won't be getting a new router as cancellation has to be processed Mtn is a **** i just want them to cancel this contract and refund me
