Mtn is a ****

I took online deal for unlimited router package that cost R269 month to month contract,I was told that I must for two months in advance by the agent who helped me getting contract which I did,and the router took too long to be delivered and then I ended up canceling the contract,it's been two months now mtn is giving headaches because they keep on making excuses regarding my refund ,so I advice any of you who wants to take contract with mtn to not pay in advance because you'll never get your money back
