MTN IS A ****!!!

If i could, I would give them 0 stars. I bought 20gb of data on Sunday when my electricity was off and it came back after a couple of hours. I had used less than 500mb. Today I check my data, its all gone. I called them they tell me that they took my data because I moved from contract to pre paid cause my contract expired. Why didn't they let me know not to buy anything before the contract changed. They literally just took R200 from me for nothing.

MTN is a huge ****.
