Guys i called MTN on the 19 of December to let them know that i am cancelling my contract after the last debit order which is on the 20 of January 2025, they sent me an sms and email which says i cancelled my contract they will be in touch with me, then today when i called to varify that my contract has been cancelled they told me that it is not cancelled while i called to let them cancell it, i mean what level of disrespect is this?
