MTN IS A ****

Don't fall for MTN home wifi, it is a ****. I ordered an MTN wifi router on a month to month contract, purchased it ONLINE using my card details, I received the reserved for purchase message from my banking, after 4 working days the router was delivered and 4 working days later I was debited again the same amount I had purchased the router for, the wifi is extremely slow. This month I was debited 3 times the amount I agreed to for the wifi Cancellation is impossible and the customer care agent can do nothing about it aside from log a call to be attended to a week later. This has left a chain reaction of financial stress Mtn is the worst service provider to get involved with.
