Mtn has been billing me for a device that was **********ly added onto my account. This device was collected by courier sent by MTN after a long struggle. I am still however being billed by Mtn monthly for this phone or device. When I query this via *** to customer care, I am given an automated response that says matter is closed and escalated whilst every new billing period has this device.
