MTN is a *****!!!!

I recently did a cellphone upgrade with MTN gateway branch. But prior to an upgrade i went the branch to enquire about the closure of my then existing contract as it was near an end, a consultant by the name of Mpume advised me to call the billing department of which i did only to find be misled by the department. So a month later i came back to the store did an upgrade being helped by the same lady not knowing that i’ll be getting myself to trouble. She did an upgrade for me, not sure what happened after but MTN then decided to **** me and treat the contract as a prepaid, decided to debit R 7800.86 instead of the agreed upon monthly instalment of R 339.

Called MTN, texted but no helpful response! As no one knew how that happened. It’s been two months now and the issue hasn’t been resolved! The incompetence in their staff is shocking.
