MTN is a ****!!!!

The sales department called me for an upgrade to my data contract in June only to find that they added another data contract on my account. Now I'm paying for two contacts whilst using the old one. Tried to call them to rectify this but was told they'll be doing an investigation which takes 5 working days. 2 months later I'm still stuck with this contract and no response. Everytime you call them, they transfer you to another person that doesn't know what to do and eventually says they'll log an investigation which never gets resolved. I'm fed up with MTN!!!
