Mtn is a ****

My son bought Data last week Tuesday it was a mistake because instead of buying cellphone he buy home data that needs a router the data cost us R199 50Gb day and 50 gb nigh on Thursday we bought a pocket told me that data is not working we called mtn till today data not working we were advised by one of mtn champions to buy router then we bought another data for R 89 3gb day 3gb night that is not even working now we are sitting with 61 gb of data that is not working now when I call mtn to give me refund the keep on telling me that they writing emails thi is following email without response Email wrote by charity Goveni writing to *** since today no response Good day

Please assist with non working data bundles, we did troubleshoot and send sub to MDS but still it is not working. Sub need their refund just now.
