MTN is a ****

I recently ordered a 5G wireless router from MTN and paid an amount of R933, R434 pro-rata for the current and R499 for the following month. This payment was made on the 08 July 2024. On 15 July 2024, I was debited R933 x 5 times which amounts to R4665. When inquiring about that I was told it is not their fault, I should contact the person who was assisting me when I was taking the router.
