MTN IS A ****

MTN is a ****, my contract came to an end on the 26th of November 2023, i was told to put a month's notice if I want to cancel the contract and I did that on the 26th of October 2023, I told them i want to cancel everything, i do not want airtime, data or a new device. They told me they have cancelled as per my request and I was also convinced that my request was successful since on the 27th of November I did not receive any data or airtime as normal. To my surprise this morning i wake to a statement from MTN stating they will debit on the 20th an amount of R211. I do not have any business with MTN anymore and they have a nerve to tell me on the 20th they will debit yet the contract ended, so it means they will just debit my money for no service rendered. I want to know if the business between me and MTN has came to an end what do they still want to debit my account for, because if the contract came to an end and i have instructed you to cancel and you still continue to debit that means you are ****ming me.
