MTN is a ****

Im writing this with a havey heart and disappointment. Last month MTN took over R1000 in my account. I queried about this at one of their branches in soshanguve crossing and they said nothing about me using over my limit they said my account was short paid and im like how come cause i get paid on the 25 and they deduct money the same day and the head office said i use over my limit mind you i know how this open contract works so when after i took a contract with them i immediately downloaded their app and put the limit to R0.00 everything was going well until last month they took over R1000 apparently i was using over the limit on data mind you i have wifi at home and at work i mean when did i use the data. I asked them to give me a break down of what i have used but they couldn't provide that information. Now i received a message that another R1000 will be deducted.MTN is reaping people off i will not recommend any1 to them. I cannot wait for this contract to end cause they cause nothing but stress.
